BIBA welcomes Sarah Chadburn to its main Board
The British Insurance Brokers’ Association (BIBA) has announced that Sarah Chadburn, Director at One Call Insurance has been appointed Chair of its Regional Chairs’ Advisory Board (RCAB). Sarah, currently Chair of the Yorkshire & Northern Regional Committee will also sit on BIBA’s Main Board.
Sarah succeeds John Batty of Bridge Insurance Brokers who has reached the end of his Advisory Board tenure. John will now join BIBA’s Insurance Brokers’ Standards Committee. Sarah has more than 20 years’ experience in broking across a variety of disciplines and has spent almost 10 years as part of the Yorkshire & Northern Committee.
RCAB provides feedback about issues affecting brokers across the UK from BIBA’s 11 regional committees, to ensure that each region receives the representation, support and advice particular to that location.
BIBA CEO, Graeme Trudgill said: “Sarah has already made a great contribution to RCAB and I know she will make a fantastic Advisory Board Chair and member of our Main Board. John has done a fantastic job during his tenure, invigorating the regions even more. Our regions are in such a great shape. I look forward to continuing to work with him as part of our standards committee.”
Sarah added: “It’s a real honour to be Chair of this important group and part of the Main Board. I’m really looking forward to representing brokers across the country and helping augment their reputation for being the ally of their customers.”
