What is the Benefact Group Giving Map & how the Giving Map works

The charitable grants UK map includes the Benefact Group’s charity donations to Scottish charities. Simply visit the Giving Map and move the cursor to the Scotland map area. Each icon pinpoints the area and charity that has received the Benefact Group and Boshers community support. You can filter results so that the Giving Map only shows charities focused on, for example; Poverty Relief, Animals and Wildlife, and Health.

How to donate to Scottish charities via the Benefact Group

If you would like to know how to give to charities in Scotland, visit the Benefact Group’s Movement for Good Awards to nominate your favourite charity for a £1,000 or £5,000 award. Each year, the Benefact Group give away £1 million to charities and good causes, and your charity could receive a donation because of your nomination!

SCOTLAND: The Big Picture

Based in Edinburgh, SCOTLAND: The Big Picture works tirelessly on rewilding projects across Scotland with the aim of addressing climate change and the biodiversity crisis. Working on a two-fold basis, they inspire change through educating people on rewilding and what it can achieve. They also connect people to implement strategies which restore nature and recover wildlife populations in land partnerships.

REACH Lanarkshire Autism

REACH helps individuals and families living with an Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), providing emotional and practical support and guidance. The Benefact Group’s donation has helped REACH support over 240 families including supporting people with an ASD during Covid lockdown. It also enabled parents and carers to benefit from rest and relaxation away from their demanding caring roles, helping with their health, wellbeing, and the reduction of isolation.

Dundee Heritage Trust

Helping Scottish heritage, the Benefact Group gave a charity donation to Dundee Heritage Trust which they used towards their everyday overheads and running costs. The charity looks after two of Scotland’s most popular and well-loved museums: Discovery Point and Verdant Works.

Our August Beach Clean: Why we took part & what we collected

As part of our coastal clean-up in the UK, on Friday 5^th September 2025, we headed to Westward Ho! beach near Bideford, Devon for an afternoon of beach cleaning; meeting our commitment around employee volunteering in the UK. Aimed at undertaking a plastic pollution beach clean, we filled three 100 litre bags of rubbish, and the Royal National Lifeboat Institution (RNLI) people came and thanked us for our beach clean and the good work we were doing to protect our beaches in the UK. If you have any community beach clean ideas, please feel free to share them with us!

Providing more than money
